Will is the Founder and CEO of USRN Partners. Mr. Rubinow works with the USRN team with strategic planning, business development and hospital partner relationships. Mr. Rubinow's success as an entrepreneur and healthcare recruitment leader, has helped USRN become one of the fastest growing medical groups in the country. Mr. Rubinow graduated from The College of Wooster and resides in Farmington, CT with his wife and children.
Scott Walter is the Director of Recruiting for USRN Partners. Mr. Walter oversees the USRN recruitment team, which includes the hiring for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, therapists and medical technicians. Prior to USRN, Mr. Walter was in healthcare recruitment and was initially trained while working at Robert Half International out of college. Mr. Walter is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, where he majored in Sociology.
Stephen Martin is the CTO of USRN Partners. Stephen has been solely responsible for the USRN speed to market advantage through their proprietary onboarding and medical compliance software. Mr. Martin received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters in Management of Software Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon University.
Ray Allen had an 18-year record-setting career in the NBA and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as a player in 2018. Mr. Allen continues to be a huge advocate for diabetes research and the continual improvement for the healthcare delivery system. Fully staffed health systems results in an improvement of successful diagnosises. Mr. Allen is a proud alum of the University of Connecticut and resides in South Florida with his wife Shannon and their children.
Dave Finocchio is a businessman who co-founded the sports news website Bleacher Report, which is the second-largest digital sports publisher with over 45 million monthly readers. Mr. Finocchio has a passion for health, fitness, family and the environment. He is an expert at growing small businesses to enterprise level industry disruptors. Mr. Finnochio graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in economics and history.
Zach Nelson served as president and chief executive officer of NetSuite, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Oracle Corp. Mr. Nelson led the company's successful IPO in December 2007 and its rise from startup to become one of the industry's leading cloud computing companies. During his tenure, NetSuite grew from a startup with annual sales of $1 million to revenue of $1 Billion in 2017.
Barry Ostrowsky recently retired as the President and CEO of RWJBarnabas Health. RWJBarnabas Health includes 12 acute-care hospitals and 38,000 employees. Mr. Ostrowsky joined Saint Barnabas Medical Center in 1991 as executive vice president and general counsel, and in 2016, with the merger of Barnabas Health and Robert Wood Johnson Health System, he became President and CEO of the combined organization. Mr. Ostrowsky helped grow RWJBarnabas Health into a 7.5 billion academic health system which routinely captured national awards for outstanding quality and safety.
Keenan's expertise is contributing to the growth and operational excellence of companies through a strategic approach to marketing, business development, and business operations. Keenan is a former vice president of marketing and alliances at Looker, a software company that employs business intelligence to make data accessible to organizations and data analysts. Looker was sold to Google in 2020. Mr. Rice obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University-California State University.
Dr. Rubinow is a Distinguished Professor of Psychiatry and Chair Emeritus at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Prior to being recruited to the University of North Carolina, he was Clinical Director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) and Chief of the Behavioral Endocrinology Branch of NIMH. In 2011, Dr. Rubinow was elected to the Institute of Medicine, considered one of the nation's highest honors for those in the fields of health and medicine.
